Terrence W. Scudieri, Jr.

Terrence W. Scudieri, Jr. is an associate of Kaplan Rice LLP, where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation. In 2022, he was recognized by his peers and named a "Rising Star" by SuperLawyers®.

Prior to joining Kaplan Rice LLP, Mr. Scudieri worked at an internationally-renowned securities litigation boutique in New York, where his practice was focused on federal securities fraud litigation, and in that role, he was instrumental in successfully recovering tens of millions of dollars on behalf of individual investors, and several classes of institutional investors, including public pension and retirement plan systems, from Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Scudieri began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Timothy C. Stanceu, then- Chief Judge for the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the Honorable Jane A. Restani, former Chief Judge of the same Court.

 Prior to law school, Mr. Scudieri was a licensed clinical social worker and helped to spearhead and establish the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ firstever oncampus independent housing program for chronically homeless veterans in Chicago.
